2. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the Sovaner website, mobile applications, and all related services.
- "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including Buyers and Sellers.
- "Buyer" refers to users who purchase products through the Platform.
- "Seller" refers to users who list and sell products through the Platform.
- "Products" refers to goods and items listed for sale on the Platform.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

7. Limitation of Liability
Sovaner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions
- Disputes between users
- Third-party actions
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiations between the parties
- Mediation, if negotiations fail
- Arbitration under Ghanaian law, if mediation fails
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
